1. Acceptance of terms

By using BriFy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

BriFy is an AI summarization service for books in PDF, EPUB and TXT formats. Summaries are auto-generated and may contain inaccuracies — do not consider them definitive sources.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Upload only books or documents you have the legal right to use
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent plan limits through multiple accounts

4. Plans and payments

The free plan provides 1 summarized book without expiry. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refund policy: All payments are final and non-refundable. Sole exception: a proven technical failure reported within 48 hours of payment — we review each case individually. No refunds are issued for partial use, change of mind, or non-use. Extra book packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable.

5. Data deletion

Uploaded books are automatically deleted according to your plan period (10, 30, or 90 days). Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Limitation of liability

BriFy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our summaries. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
