1. What data we collect

We collect your Google account information (email, public avatar) when you sign in. We also store uploaded books (title, format, size) and AI-generated summaries.

2. How we use your data

• Providing the AI summarization service
• Account and subscription management
• Account-related communications (no marketing without consent)

3. Book storage

Text extracted from your books is stored temporarily in our database to enable summary viewing. Books are automatically deleted after:

• Free Plan: 10 days from upload
• Reader Plan: 30 days from upload
• Bibliophile Plan: 90 days from upload

Book text is not used to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

We use our AI provider to generate summaries — extracted text is processed according to their privacy policies. We use Paddle for payment processing. We use Google OAuth for authentication.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Contact us at contact@brify.org for any data-related requests.
